Conferro is a London and New Delhi based Art Organization, online marketplace and an auction house dealing in Fine Art and collectibles, which aims to innovate the way people connect with Art and Culture and create a new generation of collectors. In our endeavor to preserve and promote history and the rich cultural heritage, we strive to increase the collector base and enthusiasts through a series of events and programmes focused on education and knowledge sharing, showcasing, promoting, and auctioning the items representing the oldest civilization in the world, enabling collectors to learn, view, collect, and live with the pieces rarely seen before. Conferro provides access to a wide range of art and collectible from India and the world over to collectors, connoisseurs and novices alike by means of Auctions, Online Sales and Private Sales and other projects and business models. The Company was founded with the objective to preserve the cultural legacy and instill a habit of collecting. We firmly believe that the heritage of different regions across the globe should be celebrated at the next level, integrating it with various regions and cultures across the globe and putting more effort in protecting and preserving our history.

Ajay Seth
Founder
A graduate of Delhi University with a Bachelors’ in Commerce, Seth is a Board Member of Ekatra (a body of the Raza Foundation) and has been awarded the Amity Global Leadership Summit Award for sectoral excellence in art. Seth has an entrepreneurial spirit and driving force behind his 38 year career, he was the CEO and Managing Director of Lovett & Virginia, focused on diversified personal care products. With a historical background in finance and marketing, Seth spent time at Godrej, DCM Group and Haryana Breweries.
Sharan Seth
Founder
Sharan Seth is an avid collector of Fine Art & Collectibles. In his endeavor to preserve and promote the rich cultural heritage, he strives to build a new generation of art lovers, collectors and enthusiasts through Conferro Heritae. In 2009, Seth became in charge of creating an Art Bank for Copal housing Indian masters and heritage works. In 2013, Seth continued his passion for Indian art and collectibles, by starting a new venture – Conferro Auctions, a London based auction house.
Seth is also an avid supporter of charity, contributing to the work of the Blind Relief Association – a school for the blind in New Delhi, India.
Aarti Kumar
Associate Director
Aarti Kumar has been a Portland, US based entrepreneur who began her career journey with Conferro group in early of 2008 as an Associate Director before moving to US. Being in US for 7 years, She has rejoined Conferro group as Regional Director, North America as well as one of Co Founders. Her role is an integral part in building the company’s brand and market share in the region, where she is focused on growing the awareness of Art and Heritage across various domains, her role also entailing field marketing, event marketing and digital marketing. Also, as a co-founder for “The Sangrah” – an initiative, she is committed to empower creative artwork from remote artisans and craftsmen in India at a Global platform. She graduated from KUK, India with a Bachelor of Technology degree with major in Electronics.
Bhaswati Bora
Head Projects and Marketing
Bhaswati has been working in the e-commerce sector for the last 4 years. She has recently joined Conferro Heriate in the Projects & Marketing department. She is responsible for the content, and marketing of the firm, and overlooks campaigns and marketing strategies. A voracious reader and a dog lover, she loves writing and networking with people and believes that more people should be made aware about arts and cultural heritage for their preservation.
Nitika
Research and Content Analyst
Nitika has corporate experience of 7 years with different companies in different fields. Master in Business Administration from IILM she is a diploma holder in Software Engineering from GNIIT. She is a website developer and has delivered many successful projects to her clients in the past years. She assists the Research and Content team at Conferro with Niche Research and digital content creation. She is a passionate photographer, traveler and at the same time a blogger.

Head, Inventory Management
Mr. Joshi has over 12 years of experience in the Art Industry, with expertise in the field of Art Handling, Hanging, Storage and Dispatch. He is responsible for the management and logistics of the artworks and collectibles at Conferro.
